Arrivals and Departures:

On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from 6 pm to 10 pm. If you arrive later or if you have other needs please let us know. For us it's important to know your arrival time because we aren't always present at home: you can call us the day of your arrival for a confirmation on the scheduled time. On the day of departure we ask you the courtesy to leave the rooms free by 10.00 am. If you want you can leave your luggage at home.

Documents and Registration:

Upon arrival it is necessary to present a valid identity document to allow the proper communication to the authorities of the data related to the people housed.


Unfortunately we are not yet able to accommodate your four-legged friends as we have two dogs, a dachshund and a Oropa shepherd dog.

Parking area:

The house is easily accessible for loading and unloading passengers and baggage. After these operations you can leave the car in the parking lot outside the house, bicycles or motorcycles can be parked in our closed garage.


All the interiors of the house are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace.

We kindly ask you to respect the smoking ban indoors.


Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and / or on the panoramic terrace, from 7.30 to 9.30.
The house is always open and accessible to guests thanks to the key of the armored access door that will be provided upon arrival, as well as the key to your room. We do not answer for any theft or loss.


At the time of booking an advance payment of 30% of the amount required for your stay is required.

The advance can be paid by bank transfer, or via paypal.

The day of arrival is required, upon registration, the total balance of the amount of your stay. The balance can be paid in cash or via paypal.

Cancellations and changes:

If for any reason you are forced to cancel your reservation we ask you to let us know as soon as possible so that we can make your rooms available to other guests. Cancellation is free (with the exception of a fee for bank charges and the deposit refund service) if it is communicated up to 14 days before your arrival. After this deadline any sums paid as a deposit will not be returned.
